Everything here can be checked.

The founders list, the money and the rules are all public. Every change is dated. Each month the list gets a fingerprint. If we ever change anything, you can prove it. You never have to take my word for a single number on this page.

Five things anyone can see

No account, no email address, no request to view. This page is the record.

One

The founders list

Every number, the name it belongs to, the school, and the day it was given. Public from number 001.

Two

Every change

If a name or a number is ever edited, the old line stays with the date and the reason. Nothing gets deleted.

Three

The money

What came in, what went out, what is left. One table, every month, including the months that show zero.

Four

The rules

Written and published before the first club started. Any change is dated, and only applies from that day forward.

Five

The fingerprints

Each month the whole list is boiled down to one short code. Keep last month's code and you can prove if anything moved.

The founders list

A founder is not someone who asked early. A founder was early and did the work. Until a club has run a term, the number is held and the badge is not issued.

No.FounderSchoolClub confirmed byDate issued
Number 001 is open. The day it is issued, the name, the school, the confirming teacher and the date appear on this line. Nothing on this table is ever removed.

Two names per founder: the teacher who ran the club and the teacher who saw it. Two names or it does not go on the list.

The money

What the programme takes, what it spends, and what is left. Published whether it flatters us or not.

The fingerprints

One short code per month. It is made from the whole list, so a single changed letter changes the code. Keep last month's copy and you can prove whether this month's list is the same list.

The first fingerprint with a name in it is written the day founder 001 is issued. From then on it is written once a month, on the last day of the month, and the date appears here.

The rules

These were written before the first club started. They change only by date, and never backwards.

  1. A founder was early and did the work.A number and a held place for ninety days. A badge only after a club has run a full term.
  2. Two names on every club. The teacher who ran it and the teacher who saw it. One name is not enough.
  3. Numbers are never reused. If a place lapses it is retired, not handed to the next person in the queue.
  4. No money, voucher or gift to anyone under 18.Students are paid in status: a number, a level, a public line, a written reference.
  5. The lesson files are free. All five, with the framework, at no cost and with no email address asked for.

The limit, stated plainly

Where checking stops

A fingerprint proves the list was not changed. It does not prove the list is true.

Only people on the ground can prove a club actually met. That is why every founder entry needs two names, and why the school is named next to the number. A code cannot tell you whether a room was full. A teacher can.

Why there is no coin

This gets asked, so it is answered here rather than in a footnote.

A reward you cannot spend is not a reward

A student cannot buy lunch with a token. A made up reward with no use is worse than no reward, because it teaches them to expect value that never arrives.

A tradeable coin is money

The rule here is no money, voucher or gift to anyone under 18. A coin the student can swap for cash is that rule wearing a different name.

It would stop the clubs starting

A tradeable coin is a regulated thing in Thailand. That means lawyers and approval before the first club meets. The clubs matter more than the coin.

Start a club

You do not need permission from the top. One teacher, one room, one term. The lessons, the framework and the session plans are free.

One

Find a teacher willing to run one club for one term.

Two

Take the free lesson files. Every session is written already.

Three

Run the term. A second teacher signs that it happened.

Four

The number, the school and both names go on this page, with the date.
